Things don't always go as planned... My purchasing experience with The Toy Barn and all of the staff that helped behind the scenes was probably the best car buying experience that I have My purchasing experience with The Toy Barn and all of the staff that helped behind the scenes was probably the best car buying experience that I have had. And that is saying something since I have owned about 90 vehicles over the years. Erick is a straight up guy and we came to a deal in a very short time after the homework was done. I was trading two very, very nice cars for one that I consider my holy grail. I am a corvette guy !! Once the deal was done, the delivery and pick up process was expedited by Erick and he had two very nice cars and I had my Holy Grail. Now to get the car registered in my home state..... not so fast. The registry wanted me to pay the full sales tax, then they said the documentation was not correct, then, and then, you get the idea. After a couple of calls to The Toy Barn staff, they bent over backwards to assist with the documentation that was required and expedited it to me so that I could complete the registration process. Not so fast, they wanted still more documentation. One more call to The Toy Barn staff and more documentation was generated. As the title says, " things don't always go as planned". The sale is always very important, but what truly defines a company is how they support you after the sale. The Toy Barn staff have been schooled in how to treat the customer, before, during and after the sale !! I truly appreciate how they conduct their business. More
