I was very satisfied with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.everything went smooth and my wife was happy.Had to bring the Jeep back two days afterward to install the remote start,I was told it would t Cherokee.everything went smooth and my wife was happy.Had to bring the Jeep back two days afterward to install the remote start,I was told it would take an hour or two but it was done about half hour,absolutely a pleasure!!!,Marisa was also a very big help. Pre Owned Used Car/Near Death Experience Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a lou Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a loud bang occurred causing me to almost hit the median on the highway. I dropped the car off Sunday and was informed I wouldn’t be given a loaner car. In addition they gave me one after arguing and told me I’d be called the following day. No manager or anyone for that matter has called me and it’s been 48 hour. You’d think a manager would call after paying $6500 down or for the fact I almost crashed. The dealer did not check the rust rot on the car. I’m scared to pick up the car for me and any of my passengers safety. More
