I must say we were extremely pleased shopping at this dealership for a used car. I had gone to several other dealers before visiting Nissan and we were so disappointed in the salesperson. The other deal dealership for a used car. I had gone to several other dealers before visiting Nissan and we were so disappointed in the salesperson. The other dealers were not very enthusiatic about selling a used vehicle. It was extremely hot the night we went (100)degrees and it seemed like no one wanted to be bothered selling a car that night. When going to Hudson Nissan we were first introduced to a woman from Customer Service as we were walking from our car. She said she would go inside and get us a salesperson. When the salesperson came out he introduced himself to as Mikey Lam, and he asked us what we were looking for in a used vehicle. He was so very pleasant to do business with. Considering the circumstances of the weather he took his time in showing us a few cars that were in our price range. He was also so kind as to go get us bottled water. Now that we all liked. He is so knowledgeable about cars we were all amazed. He knew about all the cars we looked at. You have a great salesman at Hudson Nissan and I would most defintely tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go see "Mikey Lam". My overall experience was between bad and ok. Mikey, our salesman was great! We were initially looking at a Juke but decided the size was too small for a growing family so we decided to go with a mid-size s salesman was great! We were initially looking at a Juke but decided the size was too small for a growing family so we decided to go with a mid-size sedan. My only reason for not dealing with this dealership again is because it took them over 3 weeks for them to do work that needed to be done to the car and I had to initiate the process. I was told many times that the service manager would give us a call but after 3 weeks I got tired of waiting and wanted to get it over with so I wouldn't have to deal with them again! More

Everyone was very nice. We will recommend the dealership to others. It was a very busy day at the dealership and at times we were left while our salesman did the necessary paperwork to get out truck ready. to others. I came to Nissan back in sept of 2010 looking for a used car and Mikey helped me, I fell in love with a 04' z and at the last second decided that it was impractical for me to not have a backseat, Mikey didn car and Mikey helped me, I fell in love with a 04' z and at the last second decided that it was impractical for me to not have a backseat, Mikey didn't get mad or pushy he just kept in touch periodically over the past 9 months to see if we had found anything else. My civic finally died on me and I was ready to purchase something in a hurry, I had a budget in mind and I felt rushed to find something. I ended up going to stokes Kia in North Charleston to look at a used car and my experience there left a bad taste in my mouth and I was so disappointed. The next day we went to Nissan because we still remembered Mikey by name without even having a business card, I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he found me a 2011 altima coupe for the price I could afford! Jason Campbell helped us get approved for our loan and set us up with everything we needed to make sure my new car would be everything we wanted and more! He was such a great help and I am so thankful for it! Mikey introduced me to everyone I'd need to see in the future for my upkeep and even taught me how to work everything in my new car! I am so pleased with my experience and as a customer service manager myself I know it's important to give credit where it is due! I will deffinately tell everyone I know about how amazing Nissan and it's employees are! Thanks again for a wonderful car and a wonderful experience! More
