Best Vehicle Purchase ever! At the end of 2014, my husband and I arrived at Lexus of Sacramento to test drive different models of Lexus vehicles. It was not our intention to find the car of my dreams. Lonnie, our sales person, patiently listened to our needs, gave me time to test drive different models, and provided a Lexus that met everything I wanted in a car. Through a 'no-pressure' financial exchange, we bought a beautiful ES 350. Many other Lexus employees were very helpful: Vanessa, Bryon, Mike and Mark. It was evident that the employees at Lexus of Sacramento believe and take pride in their product. Overall, this unexpected purchase was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. No pressure, great prices, amazing customer service Came in just to look at the IS and Don was very patient in showing me a variety of options. He was very knowledgable about all years of the model and Came in just to look at the IS and Don was very patient in showing me a variety of options. Superior Customer Service I drove over an hour and passed other Lexus dealerships just to go to Lexus of Sacramento due to their reputation. I had a very pleasant sales experie I drove over an hour and passed other Lexus dealerships just to go to Lexus of Sacramento due to their reputation. I had a very pleasant sales experience from Sales Consultant, Don and General Manager, Jamal, and Finance Manager, Mike when I leased my CT200h. They took time to make sure I was happy and had a vehicle that worked for my situation. Everyone was very patient during the whole process even though it was over 2 hours past closing. Sharon was my delivery specialist and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Sharon even helped me setup the hands free bluetooth before leaving the dealership in case I needed to use it on my drive home. Since then I have gotten several follow up calls just to see how I am enjoying my new car. I love my new ride and highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

My mother and I were in the market for new cars and the Lexus IS250 caught my eye. My parents and I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento to test drive the new 2014 IS250. Michael Kennedy was very helpful Lexus IS250 caught my eye. My parents and I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento to test drive the new 2014 IS250. Michael Kennedy was very helpful with all of the questions we had about the car. Vanessa at the front desk was also very helpful in directing us to the right places and showing us around the dealership. Our first visit was a very pleasant experience. We were immediately drawn in by the friendly atmosphere. I did not feel pressured at any time to buy the car or make any commitments. We told Mr. Kennedy that we needed some time to think about such a large purchase and to look at other options. It was not long before we called Mr. Kennedy back to see the cars again. During this visit, we were overwhelmed with the friendliness and the price that Michael was able to provide us. My mother and I both bought the new 2014 IS250's and could not be any happier. Michael Kennedy has continually smothered us with his kindness to ensure we are both enjoying our new cars. Overall, I felt that the whole staff did a great job providing us with the information that we needed to make our decisions. Even after our purchase, Michael Kennedy went above an beyond our expectations. He even informed me that I could get money back for being a recent graduate of college. I enjoyed my experience at Lexus of Sacramento and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new car! More

It was time for my first "luxury" car purchase. I contacted Costco for Lexus and Acura referrals. I mentioned to a friend that I was going to buy a new car soon. She was pre-approved by her bank I contacted Costco for Lexus and Acura referrals. I mentioned to a friend that I was going to buy a new car soon. She was pre-approved by her bank for a new car, but was not looking forward to the high pressure of sales associates. We decided to shop together. I made an appointment with Mike Kennedy with Lexus of Sacramento. After a few test drives, my friend purchased the IS250. She was very pleased with the "no pressure" approach and friendliness of the staff. I couldn't decide between cars, so I returned a week later with my husband and son to test drive the IS250. A week later, I called Mike Kennedy, picked exterior and interior colors and bought two more IS250s. Why? It was the low pressure, competitive pricing, and most of all the friendly service. Mike was very thoughtful and professional. He even offered the $1,000 "recent graduate" rebate for my son - great incentive! Today my car was making a strange noise. Lexus immediately was there to assist and assure me that all my concerns would be taken care of. I am confident that the two cars added to my family and my friend's car were purchased from one of the best dealerships in the Sacramento area! Customer service is a high priority for Lexus of Sacramento and it shows! Their cars, personnel and service make the Lexus brand proud. More
