I do not trust Jason Hankerson as I received 1 price for my car, and then signed all the paperwork. On my ride home, then Jason Hankerson called and said I needed to return to sign 4 more pages that were om my car, and then signed all the paperwork. On my ride home, then Jason Hankerson called and said I needed to return to sign 4 more pages that were omitted. When I returned, those 4 pages basically increased my month payment by $20+. Rocky went to bat and the dealership made the situation right. Dealership, Rock and Mike are class acts. Jason could damage the dealerships reputation. More

My experience was good Everyone was kind and supportive Especially Mike and Carl They were able to get my car from another dealer. Just what I wanted. Only one thing, when I went to finance I got a % higher loan than my sister. She bought a car the same day. My credit score is excellent. My sales advisor Kirstie Ryan is amazing! ! I wish I could remember the name of the young man who came to talk to me about buying a new car cause he was truly as amazing. I told him about some ! I wish I could remember the name of the young man who came to talk to me about buying a new car cause he was truly as amazing. I told him about some of concerns and disappointments that I had with the dealership that I had mentioned the last 2 times I was there. Well he spoke to Kirstie about my complaints which I did not ask him or know he was going to speak to her and she came to talk to me and told me they were going to revisit my situation again and I told her don’t bother and she said no there looking at it now, removing the front bumper. When my car was ready she came to tell me it was fixed. I was more than shocked cause the last 2 times they looked at it they said it couldn’t be fixed and I needed a new bumper for $2600.00. When I said no I was told to put it through my insurance and I still said no and to put the bumper back on as I was not going to fix it. I had a different advisor on that visit cause Kirstie Ryan was not there that day. I won’t mention the names of the advisor or mechanic because they still work there but will never use either one of them again. Second visit for an oil change and I tell Kirstie about what happened and she has the same mechanic look at the car again and remove the bumper and guess what same diagnosis and he remembered the car he told her. So you can see why I didn’t want them to revisit it again but she insisted. Moral of the story different mechanic and I did not need a new $2600.00 bumper and it was fixed. I couldn’t be more grateful for Kirstie. She is truly an asset to the dealership. I have to say my faith is restored in the dealership knowing there are some honest individuals working there.
