There are ONLY 2 reasons for the HIGH rating. There names are Yates & Forgione, an UNBEATABLE service team. Yates sets it up & Forgione makes it happen. NO PAIN. Their greeting smiles & level of expertise tell me that you have a "friend" at BMW at BRIDGEWATER. Take Carmine Forgione as an example. Don't know WHERE he comes from. Don't care. When you go to the dealership with a service request or a service problem, this "team" will get the job done. Unlike sales, where the goal is to SELL, people like CARMINE FORGIONE make it fun to own a BMW. Carmine ALWAYS has a smile for you coupled with a YES attitude. He should be your spokesperson for HOW TO do it. Training, doesn't matter. IF he doesn't know, he WILL know in 10 minutes. And, SO WILL YOU. In fact, Carmine is so good at what he does, he should be training others. Remember, it's NOT what you KNOW. It's what you DO ! Let me give you an example. I only live 2 miles from the dealership. One day, I called for HELP and thankfully, got Carmine. My BMW had LOCKED in park. It would NOT start. An element inside the steering column failed. Carmine physically jumped into a car, came to my location and using his skills, UNLOCKED the steering mechanism, provided information for a flat bed tow, took charge of the repair process, provided a rental car and returned my BMW several days later LIKE NEW. There is NOT anything more that you can ask of BMW, having a "friend" like Carmine. He makes you want to come back ! MORRIS SETTEMBRINO, a VERY SATISFIED customer ! More

Anthony was an absolute dream to work with. On the test drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific co drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific color interior, he searched through the inventory, found the car and drove me over to look at it. I picked up my car today and he spent almost 2 hours with me explaining everything and answering any question I had. The service I received was beyond anything I could have asked for (and I've owned many cars). Anthony is the salesman you want when buying a BMW. More

I have hsd the car serviced there for 4 years. The car had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have the lowest prices in the area. All staff is friendly and "bend over backwards" for their customers. Would not go to any other dealer. More

The people at Bridgewater BMW are always friendly courteous and conscientious of my needs and my time. They take the time to assist me in determining which vehicle and features will most meet my need courteous and conscientious of my needs and my time. They take the time to assist me in determining which vehicle and features will most meet my need and work very diligently with me to place an order that I will be more than satisfied with. I am very happy every time I leave and especially when I am picking up my new BMW which I have done now 3 times with Bridgewater BMW (used to be Hunterdon). Would recommend them to anyone looking for the greatest driving machine ever built. More
