Very poor service I brought my new 2020 Toyota Tundra into the dealership because the tonneau cover was leaking. I was told this is normal for it to leak a little . I s I brought my new 2020 Toyota Tundra into the dealership because the tonneau cover was leaking. I was told this is normal for it to leak a little . I said it is not normal for the cover to leak and I asked to speak to the manager. I was able to speak the service manager Michael Wells and he said they would order a new cover and let me know when it came in and they would replace it. It has been over 3 weeks and the cover is still not replaced. Michael has never reached out to me or contacted me during this time. I have contacted him through email several times. Michael eventually responds to my emails. He said a few times that the cover would arrive on a specific day and then that day would come and I would never hear from him. I would send another email and he would give me another date that it would arrive and again it would not arrive and again he did not contact me. I would send another email and he then told me that the cover was on its way and again it it did arrive and he still has not contacted me. The cover has still not arrived and I am still waiting for Michael to respond to my last email. My experience with Hartford Toyota has been horrible. More

Wonderful Experience Dave was friendly and very helpful. He was very familiar with our vehicle and was very patient with all our questions. Best of all he was not that p Dave was friendly and very helpful. He was very familiar with our vehicle and was very patient with all our questions. Best of all he was not that pushy type of sales person that makes you feel uncomfortable, he treated us wit respect and made us feel like a valued customer. Even after we picked up the car and found a minor issue, Dave made sure that the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Mike Wells listened to our concerns regarding the issue and took care of the issue with urgency even though it was minor. I was sure they would take care of the issue but was afraid they would treat us as fussy and petty, but that could not have been further from how they treated us. Everyone made us feel like a valued customer. More

Incredible service in an emergency! I can’t say enough good things about Mike Wells and his team in the Service Department. In a freak accident en route to a graduation ceremony in Hartf I can’t say enough good things about Mike Wells and his team in the Service Department. In a freak accident en route to a graduation ceremony in Hartford, I hit a massive pothole and bent a tire rim, blowing the tire in the process. I pulled into the shop (driving on the spare) and Lisa Taylor was so helpful and compassionate given my situation. They had me in a loaner and on my way to the graduation within 45 minutes, and the car was ready to pick up the next day. They eased a stressful situation with their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help out a weary traveler. Thank you all! More

Great certified used cars & service Excellent service! Very helpful and the work is done right the first time. They were able to have a loaner vehicle for me as I need to do my courier Excellent service! Very helpful and the work is done right the first time. I'm a regular customer at this dealership and feel extremely comfortable with their work. More

None of the managers know how to do their job or work with people. The service providers are very rude and unprofessional, especially Lisa Taylor, no wonder she’s not the customer relations manager anymore! But the sad thing is the current one Brittany Yingling can’t do her job either! And Chip Benyi is clueless, not a people person at all. I do not recommend going here! Beware! More

Super Bless and Awsome It's so wonderful, a great experience to travel from Tucson, AZ, back home to CT, and go to my home in Super Store Hartford Toyota, and see again my f It's so wonderful, a great experience to travel from Tucson, AZ, back home to CT, and go to my home in Super Store Hartford Toyota, and see again my friend, the best seller in CT Jeannette Garcia, and tell her I'm back, what you have for me. She's so friendly and very professional, patience and courtesy person, I explain what I want, and BOOM got it.. This is our 2nd car she sell me, my 3rd one, plus my daughter has one, and always she do the best work to give me what I want, inclusive Tony Mumtaz. They are like family for us, when I go there I feel like I'M home. I give 5+ Star's to them, and always the service department they are so friendly.
