We have been dealing with Klaben's for many years. Mike has been our salesman for over 25 years and will continue to be. He is very considerate and spends the time with us as necessary, and above all Mike has been our salesman for over 25 years and will continue to be. Different models, styles, options, every time we changed our minds or direction it was no problem. He truly was there to help and not push us toward the sale. This is the reason we have been back to Klaben Ford of Warren for so many years, no pressure, friendly, considerate. We have been to other dealerships for different models, and frankly we don't like the games. We have never felt uncomfortable with Mike and the service we have received at Klaben's has been exceptional. We consider him a friend of the family and highly recommend this dealership as they have always been there for us. More
