My husband and I literally were going to the parts department and ended up trading in my car. The experience could not have been any better. We have travel to several dealerships in the area but Carman to have the best customer service. I visited Sheridan Ford, made a great deal; they had a SUV liked on-sit. They offered me one trade-in and if I purchased a certain SUV. When I wanted to buy a different model they changed they reduce the price for trade. Both my wife and I felt comfortable with the deal, but thought that the trade in was worth more or at least what they originally quoted so I went to Carman Ford. I contacted their interest sale team via web-site and they gave me the internet price, which was lower than the other dealership. Then I went in talked to Mr. Jeff Satterly about getting exactly what we wanted. There weren't many Explorer XLT’s with the 205A package with the colors I wanted, but he found one in about 20 minutes. We talked about some discounts, service plans and the trade in. There was no haggling, no frustration and they never mentioned their profit. We were able to agree on a great price for the vehicle; taxes, tags, extended warranty, gap coverage and the maintenance plan! The one thing that impressed me more than anything else at Carman was the fact that Jeff, Mike and Bob stayed with us for more than an 2 hours and near or past closing on Friday before new year’s eve to review all of the features and setup the Sync with our phones. I was very impressed with Jeff Satterly and Bob Carty. It showed that the people at Carman Ford actually cared about excellent Customer Service and pleasing the client. I just want to say thank you to them for making that extra effort. More

I want to thank everyone at Carman Ford for giving me an outstanding experience buying my Ford F350. I called two minutes before close on a Saturday and got there 40 minutes later and everyone involved stay outstanding experience buying my Ford F350. I called two minutes before close on a Saturday and got there 40 minutes later and everyone involved stayed around to show me the truck and answer any questions. I was treated completely professionally and with complete respect. The vehicle ended up being exactly what I was looking for and it was in immaculate condition. It was a very nice ending to a three week long shopping experience with less than professional salesman at other dealerships. I will definitely be recommending Carman to friends and anyone who reads this. I left there knowing I had received a great deal on a great truck and the experience I had was worth every penny. In the future we are looking to add vehicles to our fleet and will definitely be dealing with Carman. Thanks again to everyone.
