Excellent service Mike was excellent as our Service Consultant. I had a loaner car as a part wouldn't arrive til the next day. My car was repaired satisfactorily and I Mike was excellent as our Service Consultant. I had a loaner car as a part wouldn't arrive til the next day. My car was repaired satisfactorily and I was never without transportation. Kudos to the guys in the Loaner Dept too! More

Amazing experience! Michael Branden was amazing. Took all the time I needed. He and his team gave me options and did everything they could to get me the budget I needed. Michael Branden was amazing. Ed Morse Cadillac is My Dealership! I have been leasing vehicles from Ed Morse since 2003 when I changed from BMW to Cadillac. I have leased six (6) vehicles over that time; my latest is I have been leasing vehicles from Ed Morse since 2003 when I changed from BMW to Cadillac. I have leased six (6) vehicles over that time; my latest is the new XT5. Every time they have been professional and patient; most of my "dealing" has been through email. Usually I come in for a test drive, choose a car and then come back when they are expecting me, to complete the paperwork. Karen Barrese has continued to keep my dealings short, sweet, and professional. She was patient through the email process and presented me with a deal leaving us both happy. The service department has always been timely and efficient. Wendy Goode, Service Manager, was the reason I retuned in 2006 and she continues to provide excellent service and care for my vehicles. The service department is customer friendly! Thank you. More

Unhappy Customer! I think Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon and Tampa both have an extremely unsatisfying disconnect with it's customers in General. I have visted both sites ju I think Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon and Tampa both have an extremely unsatisfying disconnect with it's customers in General. I have visted both sites just once and have had the almost exact same interaction with their employees. No one at either site is welcoming, friendly or inviting. This is not a typical experience that you would expect from a Cadillac Dealership. Carols today was "definitely" not the one to help me today. I approached Carols in the guest lounge to inquire about my vehicle because I had been sitting there for 30 minutes or so and no one bothered to discuss with me what I needed or what I was there for; very strange to me. I explained to Carlos that I pulled into the service bay, someone took my keys and said that a Service Advisor would be with me shortly. Carlos said to me that he was "definitely" not the one to help me. I asked Carols if he was a Service Advisor? He said yes, I asked him then why are you definitely not the one to help me? He says, because I have 3 cars already. The expression on my face probably told him I wasn't pleased with his response so he then offered to find someone to help me. I then walked to the door marked Service Manager where I found the Manger by the time I could explain to her what was happening we both looked out the window and saw a Service guy standing next to my car presumably collecting information from my vehicle, she stated someone was working on it and they would get me going soon. Fine. 5-10 minutes later I was pulled in and everything was in motion, the guy got my information, my car got pulled to the back and so far so good. The Service Manger came out to apologize and let me know everything was being taken care of. Fine. Carols however failed miserably at his job performance today, he failed the compay and the customer. I just want that to be known. Thanks. More
