His eagle eye spotted a used Camry hybrid come into service and realized it would be the perfect fit for me. He even called me himself on his day off to help sort out a financial glitch. He was kind, caring and helpful. I was pleased with everyone I came into contact with there. I would definitely recommend Greentree! More

When I met Mike Shakro, right I went to Greentree Toyota with the hope that they could give me a better deal than the previous dealership I went to. When I met Mike Shakro, right away he promised to give me a better deal than what I had, he was true to his promise. He made me feel so at ease that I was getting a good deal especially with my trade in. Everybody in the dealership was so friendly. They worked fast to get me the car I needed. Mike, Bob, Calvin and Keith were all very professional and courteous. Mike and Calvin explained everything i needed to know. Beyond inpressed Greentree is top notch! We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Greentree is top notch! We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Toyota Corolla LE! We had to go through the process of her previous car being deemed a total loss before she could decide if this was the right move! She considered a certified pre owned as well. Well today our 20 year old daughter purchased her very first new car - a beautiful shiny 2018 Corolla LE ( Galcatic Aqua) with 16 miles! Mike walked her through every step of this purchase and even sat in her new car with her before she left showing her each and every feature and how to use it (well past closing time)!!! Jose in the finance office was thorough and really worked with her budget, he made it work for her! This is the 3rd new Toyota in our household since 2015. The Danbury area has a lot of dealership choices, however, we will continue to purchase our cars from Greentree and Mike. We appreciate the time and care and understanding that went into this deal. I am so thankful that she had such an amazing 1st time new buyer experience and saw with her own eyes how customers should be / are treated at Greentree.
