Living miles away, I was a bit anxious about finding the perfect car, one that had all the features I desired, without being able to see it in person. However, 'Sales-genius' Kendrick quickly alleviated any concerns I had. Kendrick was not only extremely helpful but also friendly, outgoing, and incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV. What truly stood out was Kendrick's responsiveness. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, providing peace of mind during the remote buying process. Kendrick's dedication to ensuring I had all the information I needed made the entire experience seamless. At the time of purchase, Anderson Motor Co. added many little touches that made a huge difference. The car was not only washed and detailed to perfection, but they went above and beyond by having a BMW expert spend time with me, going over numerous features. They even made the thoughtful gesture of taking a photo of me in front of the car, adorned with a big red bow on the hood! In addition to the outstanding service, the BMW X3 itself represents great value. The sales fees were extremely competitive, and there was absolutely no sales pressure throughout the entire process. Walked into dealership with a great mindset of test driving a Certified BMW was greeted warmly by Michelle. After test drive we determined that we wanted a bit more but wasn't sure, then got introduced driving a Certified BMW was greeted warmly by Michelle. Anyone who says that buying a car is a painful experience has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October 3, 2023. Michelle Canova, our sales representative, is a total professional and helped us through not only the acquisition of this car, but also the BMW M440i that we picked up in January. She and the entire team worked to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase and made the experience an exciting EVENT.
