I've bought two cars from Mike. Whether you know a lot about buying a new car, or not, Mike's the guy to see. First, Mike sells two of the very best makes of vehicle that you can buy: Ford and Lincoln about buying a new car, or not, Mike's the guy to see. First, Mike sells two of the very best makes of vehicle that you can buy: Ford and Lincoln (obviously). Second, Mike works at a volume dealer and wants to sell cars. I know when I walk in the door at a dealership whether the dealer wants to make money on big markup(at customer expense), or selling lots of cars. Castrucci is a volume dealer and Mike gets it. Anyone who has bought a new car knows how it feels to get the runaround. You see it all the time. What you may not know is what it feels like to get the straight deal. I know the ins and outs of car buying and I can tell you that, without a doubt, Mike will not use your understanding against you. I don't go around telling dealers that I know what I know. I just go in and try to get a deal. When I first met Mike, I knew that he understood his role as a mediator between me and the owner to get the best deal for me, but also that the dealership can live with. Again, Castrucci is a volume dealer, so they want to move a lot of cars. That's a great place to do business. Third, Mike is just a genuinely nice, interesting, and sincere guy. I know that he has a conscience and wants to make his customers happy. I've seen it several times. Mike and I communicate about random topics, like friends, not business associates. You don't find that in salespeople any more. I can tell he really likes people and dealing cars. That's what you want. Let me summarize my review of Castrucci and Mike Routt with an illustration. Keep in mind that I had bought a car from him already. I put 10-15 hours of research into my purchase. I knew what other dealers were asking for the car I wanted. And when I say I knew what they were asking, I mean I had 5-6 prices on a spreadsheet showing what the biggest volume dealers in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio wanted for this car. I knew the dealer cost. I knew their discounts. I knew my discounts. I called Mike out of the blue and asked him what he'd sell the car for. He politely requested the opportunity to discuss it with his managers and called me back. The price he gave me beat everyone easily. Hands down. No haggling. No feeling like I'm being manipulated or lied to. Just the straight answer of what it will take to put the keys in my hands. I told him on the phone that I wanted it. Period. Mike's a great guy who you can trust to work the best deal for you. He's sells great products for a great dealer. I won't even bother wasting my time listening to sharks trying to dupe me the next time I'm ready to buy a car. I'll just call Mike. More

I was searching online for a few weeks in search of a 2011 F150 FX4 (Jan/Feb 2012),contacted Mike Routt and he allowed allowed my wife and I to test drive about 4 different F150's from their inventory (V 2011 F150 FX4 (Jan/Feb 2012),contacted Mike Routt and he allowed allowed my wife and I to test drive about 4 different F150's from their inventory (V8/V6, Supercab,Supercrew, 2wd/4wd). We settled upon a 2012 Ingot Silver F150 Supercrew FX4 Luxury 5.0 w/20's that we almost did not see parked in the lengthy inventory row. Had a geat experience with Mike Routt, he set up and explained in depth the Sync and Sirius features. Thanks Mike Routt! I Passed (After repeated offers) on Extended Warranty w/Craig (was not FORD ESP Extended Service Plan anyway). All in All I am PLEASED and Service Manager Bill Lykins/Bill Ritchie are equally as good to deal with. 5-STARS! More

Mike was awesome to work with. He provided the vehicle I was looking for for the right price. While I was looking at the different dealerships, Mike was one of the few that new what options were available t was looking for for the right price. This dealership was very attentive to my needs in finding a car for me with the options that I was looking for. My salesman Mike Routt handled himself in a very professional and courteous manner showing me n a car for me with the options that I was looking for. My salesman Mike Routt handled himself in a very professional and courteous manner showing me no pressure to buy but explaining all the great features of the car. After I purchased my vehicle Mike took the time to help me sync my phone to the car and showed me how to use all the great features of the sync system and the Sirius radio. I highly recommend Mike Castrucci Ford to anyone looking to buy a car and you couldn't find a more helpful person in your pursuit than Mike Routt. More

I live in Ohio and went to ky to buy my mustang this is the 2nd mustang I have got from you guys. The strips on mine was messed up when I got it. So you guys send out some one to fix them bout 3 mouths lat the 2nd mustang I have got from you guys. The strips on mine was messed up when I got it. When I started looking for a new truck I stopped in and talked with Mike Routt and he showed me what Ford had to offer. After visiting other dealerships and receiving less than acceptable treatment, I retu talked with Mike Routt and he showed me what Ford had to offer. After visiting other dealerships and receiving less than acceptable treatment, I returned to Mike and Castrucci Ford. We decided on a vehicle with the options I had wanted and Mike ( and others at others at the dealership) set out in search of that vehicle. They worked diligently to find and acquire the vehicle (somewhat hard to find. While negotiating the deal, Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt any pressure of the "take it or leave it" or the "you must decide right now". He was open to listening to me and my offers. I could not find a dealer that would come close to what they offered. The financing and warranty options were also presented in a low pressure format by Craig. This part of the process is normally stressful with all the extended warranties and financing options. He found a great rate and presented the warranty facts, answered questions, and let us decide without pushing us in any direction. The whole dealership/staff gives the person a warm and inviting feeling of someone who cares about the person purchasing the vehicle and not just selling them a car. In fact, later in the evening of the day we took delivery, I received a call from Craig wanting to know how I liked the vehicle. I am recommending to everyone (family, friends, anyone who asks about it) in the market for a new vehicle to stop by and give this dealership a try. You will be surprised at what they have to offer and how you can be treated when you are in the market for a vehicle. More

Mike was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in explaining the Sync system and familiarizing us with our new Ford Fiesta. The price was fair. The sales consultant was friendly. I did not feel a lot of pressure to buy.
