The way a car dealer should be Just bought my third car from Rallye and couldn't be more pleased. I am always welcomed and and treated well. Over the seven years I've been coming to Rallye, there have been a couple of minor issues but they always make things right to my satisfaction. The salesman, Kevin Losee, spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the options. He was very thorough. The finance guy, Mike Caristo, did a good job adjusting my loan so the monthly payments wouldn't be too high. Steve, the Techie did a great job explaing the navigation system to me. And this may not have even taken place had it not been for Denise Renga who called me and let me know that the CPO vehicle I wanted was available. More

They could have given me a difficult time and challenged the issues I had. But they went ahead and fixed the problems. Everyone involved was helpful, direct, forthcoming, and accommodating. All efforts to deliver what was was promised were successfull. Things done on time, neat and clean. I presently own 4 Lexus Autos, all purchased from Rallye Lexus. While I really like the Lexus automobiles, the main reason I continue to purchase them is the service Department. I have been a customer for Lexus. While I really like the Lexus automobiles, the main reason I continue to purchase them is the service Department. I have been a customer for 11 years and the level of service has continued to improve during this time. The words excellent service does not adquately describe my experience. Truely better service than an other Dealership, and I have owned Mercedes from Rallye Roslyn and Range Rover from Glen Cove and Lincoln from Port Motors to name a few. Cars are not perfect, they do need care. The Rallye Lexus Service department and everyone connected with it represent the finest cutomer service experience ,I've ever had. I will continue to be their customer and recommend them to friends and family. More
