Keep their word. We live in Oklahoma City, and had trouble finding the used truck we wanted. We were given the run around by several other dealers across the states. He knew we would have to drive 4 and a half hours to come get the truck so he held the keys to the side so it wouldn't get sold out from under us. He also worked with us on the price even thought he knew they had a product not many other dealers had. So overall great experience and easy to work with. More

Best "New Car" purchase so far. Mike was instrumental in helping us to get exactly what we wanted and was the reason we bought our car at Olathe dealership.
