I was treated like a person who had had their vehicle for years. There is nothing wrong with this, but I would feel more loyal to your dealership if this would have been handled a little differently. I was impressed with the outstanding customer service we received, with a follow up email...I had some confusion in the paperwork which the used car business manager quickly called and cleared up. Mike listens rather than talking My wife and I saw a used FJ on their lot and we knew what we wanted from previous research. We met Mike right before closing one evening and he stayed late with a good attitude. We continued to look and decided to stop by Olathe Dodge to take another look during daylight hours a couple days later. Mike was off that day but was in the dealership just by chance. He made my wife and I comfortable. He knew we were knowledgeable, respected that and listened to our wants and needs. We would have been happier and given 5 stars if we only had to deal with Mike. Other personalities through the purchase process that we had to deal with were more "car salesman" style rather than just the down to earth character that Mike portrays. Timing is everything- the perfect car! Looked online, found a used vehicle and submitted an inquiry. Within 15 minutes received a call from Mike P. who informed me that the car was sold but he had another car (same make and model) with a better price and miles. Submitted online credit application- very smooth. Everything about the car was perfect- color, lease vehicle that was well cared for and in showroom condition - a brand new car. Was able to test drive it alone and take it to the Mrs. She loved it and after the weekend, came in on Monday- signed paperwork and into the sunset. A great experience. More
