From The Greeting To The Finish, Service Excellence!! My service writer Cole Morrison starts the process with a greeting, a handshake, and very good understanding of my Hyundai and what it needs. After writing the service ticket Cole directed me to the customers lounge and invited me to have a cup of Coffee, and watch Television. Cole came to the customer lounge when my Hyundai was serviced and escorted me to the cashier, my Hyundai was waiting for me before I was done signing the papers. That's a Wow factor! Use this dealer in total confidence. More

Cole upon completion of the service work went to the Showroom to find me and tell me that the car was ready. Cole and the service team exceeded my expectations. I appreciate this 10 star effort by the King Hyundai team. More

New Car Purchase Exceeded Expectations!!! I have been wanting to trade in my 2015 Elantra sport for a 2018 Tuscon limited edition with the ultimate package. I didn't think that I would be ab I have been wanting to trade in my 2015 Elantra sport for a 2018 Tuscon limited edition with the ultimate package. I didn't think that I would be able to afford the upgrade. I made an appointment to see the car with Mike Perlin. Let me tell you Mike is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He was smart, knowledgeable, understanding, and new what to do to get me the car I wanted. When you speak with him you know that he is telling the truth and not trying to take advantage of someone. After explaining my needs and budget we test drove the car I wanted. Of course I loved it. After going back and forth a few times with Mike and his Manager we came to a deal I couldn't pass up and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I now have the 2018 Tuscon Limited Edition in Silver with the ultimate package. Thank you Mike Perlin and the rest of the staff at King Hyundai. This dealership really makes you feel comfortable and like part of the family. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an automobile in a stress free environment. More

Once we were in the room, the man who helped us was very efficient and got us out of there as quickly as possible. More

Great customer service Rick Ritacco is a great asset to the owners of King Automotive. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repa Rick Ritacco is a great asset to the owners of King Automotive. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repair for the last two weeks. After little or no action I brought my concern to the service manager Rick Ritacco. Rick listened to my story and moved to make the necessary repair in less then a day. Prior to speaking with Rick I was told that the earliest the repair could be done was Tuesday 9/25. Poor customer service led me to the service manager Rick Ritacco. This is not the way things should work. Thanks again to Rick for his help and I hope that future service visits can be handled with the same high level of concern and passion displayed by Rick Ritacco.
