3 trips for service This was vehicle number 20 over the years that we have bought from Columbia ford/ gates family. The service department is a joke. It takes them at least 3 visits to fix warranted work. I should not buy a vehicle and be in for service 3 times before the first payment! I may be switching ford dealers in the future for sales and service More

Being our first car purchase, we didn't have much knowledge of the process. Our salesman (Matt Milici) was patient and knowledgable. My parents bought a car and a truck from Columbia Ford and my sister leases her car from them. We have never been disappointed, so there was no thought when it came to purchasing our car!
