It is going to accommodate my young credit score. It is within my budget. In the next 5 hours, I have test-driven the Premium Crosstrek and fell for it; got a credit-worthy score and felt proud of myself; haggled good enough (or so I believe) and fitted the monthly amortization into my budget...all through the professional touch of Chito Encarnacion. And the best part of that night was, I drove out of the dealership in my dream car! Of course, I would gladly recommend the great Subaru team and dealership to my friends! More

My Salesperson, Chito Encarnacion, is absolutely the consummate professional. His friendly manner and knowledge of the products made it easy for me to think through what I really wanted in my next car. He was patient in explaining the differences between the various models and did a great job of listening to what was most important to me. I was able to make an educated decision in choosing the best car for me, the 2017 Outback Touring. He went above and beyond in locating the exact car for me and had it ready for me on the day it was most convenient for me to pick up. On delivery day, Chito took the time to go through all the wonderful features of this car, set up my phone, and helped me to understand how everything operated. He introduced me to the people in the service department and made sure I would be well taken care of in the future. I LOVE my new car and I am very grateful to Chito for his high level of sales expertise!!! More

I decided to come to Hudson Subaru and see what my customer service experience would be there. Chito Encarnacion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. For the next 5 hours he answered all my questions, helped me crunch numbers and helped me find the car that met all of my specifications. He has a professional demeanor and warmth that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. I must also comment on how professional and friendly Mike from the finance department was. Mike made the final step of the deal a breeze with his upbeat conversation! I look forward to seeing everyone again!! More

He goes straight to the point no xx unlike other agents we've encountered in the past. VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXCELLENT SERVICE. He even introduced us to the Staff in the SUBARU SERVICE Dept. And HE took time to make the 1st maintenance of our Car as well -6 mos ahead :-). Awesome experience and Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Mike of Finance was also very helpful and patient too, especially with dealing with our Sister :-) More
