The recent purchase we made was the purchase of a 2014 Malibu. When we got to the door of the showroom we were greeted by Aaron Glaze. We find this dealership to be quite professional in all aspects. There aren't salesmen out in front of the door smoking and waiting for their next customer. Dugan's service department is well staffed and we have no complaints about their service. If you are looking for a Chevrolet dealer that you would like to call yours and one that you would always go to to buy your cars or have your car/cars serviced then Dugan Chevrolet is that dealer. We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter and opted not to pay for the optional warranty. A few days later we had some unanticipated problems with the car, and took it in for evaluation. We fully expected to pay for the repairs ourselves, because we knowingly chose no warranty. The service department consulted with the sales department, and the decision was made by Dugan to make the repairs at no cost to us because it had been less than a week since our purchase. Dugan Chevrolet utilizes responsible business practices, and they are committed to the community they serve. We have previously taken our other cars there for service, and will continue to do so in the future. More

Trade-In: Very Fair Price considering the year and mileage of my trade. Price: I was purchasing under the GM Family First discount. Combining this discount with cash incentives made for a very good mileage of my trade. Price: I was purchasing under the GM Family First discount. Combining this discount with cash incentives made for a very good price, but the dealership did not have any say in that. I sense that they would be good to work with on price. Customer Service: Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, but not pushy. Dave used to work in the Service Dept of another GM dealership and was able to explain and discuss the technical specs of the vehicle. He was patient through several phone calls working out timing, accesories, and color decisions. My only complaint was that they were unable to give me an estimate on when the accesories would be in and installed, causing the delivery of the vehicle to be up in the air a little. Financing: Dave and the Financial Manager at Dugan laid out my options very well and were able to help in my decision concerning financing. Quality of Work: I had Dugan install splash guards, bug shield, and oval step bars. They did a fine job. I did notice that my pin stripe is coming off a little on one door due to the cold weather (close to zero one day after it was put on). More

What stands out most is their honesty, especially Travis (sales) and John (service). There were several occasions when I couldn't make up my mind, and instead of "working" me, Travis strongly urged that I take my time to think / research before diving into something I might not be happy with long-term. Seems simple on the surface, but says a lot about the individual as well as the dealer's general sales practices. Service is always painless. Everyone is always courteous. And I will continue to recommend them, even to those who might be in the market for a competing brand... More
