Dishonest Items were added to my bill without being discussed with me first. When I called first thing the next day, they said they would get right back to me. Items were added to my bill without being discussed with me first. When I called first thing the next day, they said they would get right back to me. Instead they waited a day for my contract to go through. ....... A simple apologize would have went a long way. I find what they did to be very deceiving. More

Over-priced Well, I went and traded my vehicles in on a new one. The trade prices varied. The one I got a good price. But low-balled on the other. And both were modified greatly and very clean. Then on to new vehicle. The vehicle seemed like a good deal.I came to buy that day. I did buy that day. A few weeks later(about 2), I did some research more. I found the vehicle, with more options, almost $3000 less at Motorworld in Wilkes-barre,Pa. That kind of hit a nerve to see that. But yes, I know, I should've researched more before buying. I'm just feeling a little disappointed at the moment after seeing what more I could've had in this brand new vehicle. Don't get me wrong, I like my brand new vehicle. But it could've been a better equipped vehicle at a lower price. More

Wow! Early Christmas present My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and the dealership had many models to choose from. Their website is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and each vehicle had plenty of information to comfortably zero in on a specific vehicle. The salesperson was extremely responsive to my calls (we're from out of state), wasn't pushy and help us close a great deal in a matter of hours. He offered to take all the documents the night before our travel via email and the paperwork was ready to be signed the next morning.
