Throughout the process of getting into a new lease, Mike went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, concerns and questions. Whether it was his day off or he was in the middle of studying for an exam, he always took my call. He actually went into work on his one day off to work on getting me the vehicle that I wanted. He always made me feel as though I was a priority to him and I was so blown away by his level of dedication and responsiveness. What I loved most about working with Mike is that I felt as though he saw me as a human being, rather than a dollar sign. It was clear that Mike valued placing me into a vehicle in which I would feel safe and secure. There was not one point throughout our transaction that I felt as though I was being schemed or ripped off. His communication skills were flawless and he followed through on every promise that he made to me. He was honest, forthcoming and genuine throughout the entire process. Mike worked tirelessly to help me find the exact car that I wanted and demonstrated flexibility in working with the price. In order to meet all of my needs, it took nearly a month of going back and forth on the phone. Mike demonstrated extreme patience and supreme interpersonal skills the whole time. Unethical Sales Department Mike Markowski sold me a car with the benefit of 4 free oil changes per year. When I brought my car in for service, I was told that my car needed sy Mike Markowski sold me a car with the benefit of 4 free oil changes per year. When I brought my car in for service, I was told that my car needed synthetic oil and that I would only get $25 off the price. After a lot of arguing, I was told that ONLY if I paid for the full maintenance would I get a free oil change. The sales department is dishonest. They also tried to charge me etching VIN on the windows. Since my car was used, it was already there. BEWARE...DISHONEST SALES If anyone was promised free oil changes and are being charged, join me in a class action lawsuit to stop fraud!! This dealersip needs to stop unresponsible and unethical sales practices...BEWARE!!! More

Stay far away do not go to this dealership. I was recommend by a friend and it took almost 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed. I took my jeep home on July 1 and do not go to this dealership. I was recommend by a friend and it took almost 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed. I took my jeep home on July 1 and did not sign the paperwork for it until the 24th. They told me every week that they were "finalizing" the deal even after i had complained that the temporary plate was going to expire and the paperwork needed to be done. Then afterword it took a full month for the dealership to put in my registration and plates, which caused me to drive around with expired temps for well over a month. Finally the icing on the cake was they never paid the 1st payment on the jeep like they said they would in the contract which has caused me to be a month behind on my payments and charged a 10 dollar late fee every month. No one has called me back from the management office and they continue to give me the run around. Also i am over paying out the A$$. Oh i am a woman and every male in the dealership stares you down as you walk in like you're a piece of meat they can squeeze money out of. More
