Friendly, Knowledgeable and Thorough I usually hate walking into a dealership to buy anything for my car. I tend to feel unknowledgeable and unsure as to what exactly I need to buy or nee I usually hate walking into a dealership to buy anything for my car. I tend to feel unknowledgeable and unsure as to what exactly I need to buy or need. NOT HERE! Mike was great! I just let him know my VIN and he was able to pull up exactly everything that was needed for my car and even found that I had a recall and was able to order the things I need to fix that problem when I go back. It was a painless and pleasurable experience that I haven't experienced in the past. I was made to feel very comfortable knowing that they had my back. I will definitely be returning for any other things I need in the future. More

Customer Focused and Great Experience Customer focused because Joe in Service Department did everything possible to meet my requests and got me in and out in a timely fashion. He was also Customer focused because Joe in Service Department did everything possible to meet my requests and got me in and out in a timely fashion. He was also Very knowledgeable and knew how to get things done quickly. In addition to my service appointment Joe asissted me with getting a new Key programmed with my Mini and he walked me through the entire process. More
