It’s a team, Michele Dessert (Service Consultant) and Mike Larson (Technician). The two of them have been ABSOLUTELY impeccable in taking care of my Honda CRX for the past Twenty (20) years. I bought t Mike Larson (Technician). The two of them have been ABSOLUTELY impeccable in taking care of my Honda CRX for the past Twenty (20) years. I bought the care new in December 1989 and have put over 400,000 trouble free miles on the car. How did this happen? Cracker Jack service and near laboratory scientific attention to detail. I am truly awed by their attention to my needs every time I show up, often unannounced. It is always refreshing to visit Crown Honda as Michele always has a warm, jovial aura about her. Her attention is unflinchingly focused on my issues and needs. She is truly a great asset for Crown Honda. I would simply describe Michele Dessert as Crown Honda’s Ambassadress for Service, while Mike Larson is well beyond a Technician but more like an Automotive Engineer. More

I have been dealing with Crown Honda for 20 years, I have a 1998 Honda CRV 4 wheel drive, this is my 4th Honda and the best yet. Many thanks and kudos to MICHELE DESSERT my service rep for the better part a 1998 Honda CRV 4 wheel drive, this is my 4th Honda and the best yet. Many thanks and kudos to MICHELE DESSERT my service rep for the better part of that 20 years. I feel she is extremely knowledgeable and so very customer service orientated. I feel like a friend with Michele and not just another customer. She knows I am an old gal and I keep telling her my CRV must last as long as I do! I would not deal with anyone else as I feel she understands my need to have a trouble free car. I follow all the recommended service and listen and totally trust Michele to guide me in the right direction. My service tech is Mike Larson and he also works with me on a personal level, he is an excellent mechanic that I feel really knows the CRV's as he also owns I believe more than one. I trust him completely as I do Michele and I cannot tell you how much that means to an old gal like me. I have always been a firm believer in dealing only with Honda, and getting their expertise and parts. I have never taken my car to anyplace but Crown Hondo, even for oil changes and other small things. I hope Crown Honda realizes what gems they have in MICHELE DESSERT AND MIKE LARSON. Michele represents Honda in a most positive light but as a customer I always feel she is working for me too. Her communication is direct and honest, this is a great trait. My technican is Mike and since I have been working with Michele and Mike I feel complete trust that what they say and do is what I really need for my car. More

I've been coming to this dealership since 1995 and that includes five new Honda purchases with service on all five. In my experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Michele is incredible and I value her knowledge and experience immensely. Mike, in service, is a pro and always does an outstanding job on my vehicles. I normally make appointments for all service work, but I noticed I was almost due for an oil change and was leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I just showed up. My Service Rep Michele Dessert got me in quickly noticed I was almost due for an oil change and was leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I just showed up. My Service Rep Michele Dessert got me in quickly for a safety check, oil change and wiper inserts replaced. I have been a customer of Crown for almost 20 years, and my 1998 Honda CR-V with 146,000 miles on it runs beautifully thanks to Michele and Mike Larson, the service tech who normally works on my vehicle. This is my 4th Honda, and as I am an old gal I want it to last as long as I do...I always have the recommended service done and trust Michele and Mike to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in tip-top shape. I have never had any work done on my vehicle other than at Crown Honda, I do feel like I am treated as a valued customer with honesty and kindness. Thanks to all, at Crown. Bonnie J. Brinker More

I have been dealing with Crown Honda for 7 years now, and have always had excellent customer service from the employees. Everyone is quick to acknowledge me and my needs. I work in customer service, so I am have always had excellent customer service from the employees. Everyone is quick to acknowledge me and my needs. I work in customer service, so I am usually very tuned in to judge anything less than excellence when it comes to taking care of the one whom pays the bills. I would, and have, recommended them to everyone I know whom drives a Honda , or is looking to buy a new car. I have sent several of my own customers to have their cars serviced with Michele Dessert. They have all been very satisfied and continue to patronize Crown. More
