Outstanding customer service Purchased my 2016 GL450 in December and from start to finish had excellent customer service. Have been back in the showroom a few times since and nothing has changed. Service department is also wonderful and I always feel like a VIP when I am there. I had a problem with my brand new car, the engine light came on in the first week, nothing the dealership could of done to avoid it, likely a lemon. Mercedes of the Woodlands called me up and put me into another car at no charge. They were very helpful and I appreciate everything they did to make my experience great. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They went above and beyond and its not everyday you walk into a dealership and get that kind of treatment. I highly recommend this dealership for its beautiful new dealership, great service and amazing people. More

For the longest time I was very disappointed in the service experience when going to other MB dealerships but now we have found a home. Mike has been superb in his handling of any and all issues from warranty work to routine maintenance. He is very pleasant to work with and I trust him 100% to let me know what does and does not need to be done to the vehicle. No one really likes going in for service but Mike make it a pleasant experience. Thanks for all you do. More

Mike has always been a true professional. Now he works at a beautiful dealership where you can drop of your car in a climate controlled, huge garage, and get into your loaner car within minutes. If you want, there are delicious snack and drinks available. The pick up takes only a few minutes also. As someone who is always short on time, I really value this. Simply put, the best service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Everything has its place and rest assured you car is protected and kept clean. The customer lounge is comfortable and well equipped. The snack bar is well stocked to help you relax while you are waiting if you choose. The service staff is the best part of the total experience, you are warmly greeted in their state of the art drive in facility, so weather is never an issue.
