Mike Kolar and his sales manager were very understanding about what i was trying to do I have nothing to say but great things about this dealership. Mike Kolar and his sales manager were very understanding about what i was trying to do and coming from St. Louis MO area to purchase the car. In try to work and negotiate the purchase. I very happy and would advise anyone who looking to purchase a Honda to give them a shot. I try all the dealerships in my area and they didn't have what I wanted or couldn't make it happen. I thought they wanted to sell cars Since we didn't have a trade in and we didn't finance through them they made it very difficult to purchase a vehicle. As we were trying to finalize a Since we didn't have a trade in and we didn't finance through them they made it very difficult to purchase a vehicle. As we were trying to finalize a deal, we got to the point where we were $365 apart. Our sales rep said that was as low as they could go and we were as high as we wanted to go. So it was time to leave. Our sales rep asked us to walk by the sale manager to let him know what was happening. He didn't even turn around or come down from his "ivory tower" and just said that was "OK". I was very surprised that they let us just leave without talking to the sales manager. Every other dealer I have been in doesn't let you out without the sales manager coming to talk to you to try and get a deal. Not sure why this guy didn't. We did finally make a deal later in the day on the phone but over the next few days they made it quite difficult to finalize the payment as they didn't want a check from a credit union that was "out of state". Sorry, our credit union is headquartered in Michigan but serves over 135,000 members in Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois and manages assets over $1 Billion. We did finally get the car and are quite happy with the vehicle but will never return to this dealership again after this experience. More
