Horrible experience at Hyannis Honda. Bought a brand new 23 Civic SI with my friend and noticed shortly after driving off the lot the rims were destroyed. The detailer clearly used the wr Bought a brand new 23 Civic SI with my friend and noticed shortly after driving off the lot the rims were destroyed. The detailer clearly used the wrong chemical or let it sit too long permanently staining them. They offered to have them fixed. Brought it in and was texted 1 hour later it was finished. I pointed out the damage was still present and both the Salesman (Jason) and Sales Manager (Mike Kelliher) yelled and swore at me, told me I was getting nothing else from them, and kicked me out of their dealership. I pleaded with the owner, they attempted a second cheap repair that did nothing but make them worse, and now I'm stuck with an ugly $3000 set of rims on a brand new car. More

I think this what impresses me the most about the dealership as they are straight forward, no games and gives you an honest appraisal and purchase price. I appreciate this and no high pressure! They were able to get me out of lease which was a 2018 Honda Civic Coupe LXP and into a 2020 Civic Sport Sedan a year and a half before my lease ended. It was an easy process and no xx. Keep in mind, I've leased 6 Hondas within the past 10 years at numerous dealerships in the North Shore/Boston. I can assure you, that I will ONLY purchase/lease from Hyannis Honda going forward.
