They're a good crew and David Dorato is great. More

Excellent Service! I was shopping for a Renegade and went to several dealers. I was looking for a particular color and trim. Every dealer I went to in my area said that I was shopping for a Renegade and went to several dealers. I was looking for a particular color and trim. Every dealer I went to in my area said that I'd have to wait a few months or I could buy something completely different off their lot. Just on a whim, I called Joe Cecconi and spoke with the sales manager who told me that they have exactly what I was looking for. He told me to come in and ask for Poncho. Immediately, my husband and I were impressed with him. We connected so quickly and I honestly felt like I've known him all my life. It's been about 7 months since I purchased my vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to call Poncho at any time if I needed something done to the Jeep. I just can't say enough about his friendly, honest and sincere customer service. Thanks Poncho! You're the best. More

Where do I start? So in December I go to trade in my truck for something smaller due to medical issues. I decided on a 2016 Jeep Compass. Had to have someone cosign for So in December I go to trade in my truck for something smaller due to medical issues. I decided on a 2016 Jeep Compass. Had to have someone cosign for me and off with the Jeep I go.... Seems like a smooth transaction right? Well hold on tight this is where it gets rough.... So a few weeks go by and I get a call from the bank for the loan they informed me that because someone (at the dealership) lied on the credit app they can't approve the loan. Great what happens now I call the dealership ask what is going on and who lied about stuff? Still don't know who but they say we have another bank to take the loan I say good let's get this done. Send out paperwork and it gets sent back again!! OK xxx you people do this everyday. So this entire time my traded in truck is sitting at the dealership still not paid off although I've been driving my new jeep now for over a month. And my credit score is taking a beating because they repeatedly tell me they've sent the payoff for it here we are today and the trucks still not paid off! Well finally we get a loan secured only took two and a half months but finally got it done! However still have no registration for the new Jeep and the temporary is expired has been since the 14th. Not to mention the missing 75.00 still hasn't been found nor do we know why it disappeared. If you deal with this dealership only deal with Richard Geiss More

Horrible experience Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove it off the lot, ranging from transmission parts needing to be replaced, they made us replace a clock spring that come to find out wasn't even the problem, then the alternator on top of all the other issues all within the first few months of owning this vehicle mr. Jensen and a service employee Alex are the only people I'd have anything good to speak. I was there today, this is the second time in 2 yrs my car started slamming into gear, which they claim my transmission fluid keeps getting low but theres no leak. They wanted me to pay 39.00 today just for them to check it! Then I was asked to think about trading my vehicle in there so I can get another piece of garbage. O ya and somebody that got an oil change other day by them had all there oil leak back out cuz cecconis messed it up!!! Very very poor customer service by many and 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change, and a piece of garbage vehicle I'm not stuck with. More

Wrangler Unlimited Perfect Experience I had been looking for a Jeep for a while before ending up at Cecconi in Niagara Falls, so I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I had I had been looking for a Jeep for a while before ending up at Cecconi in Niagara Falls, so I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I had the great pleasure of working with Pancho Santiago this past Saturday 9/19/2015. Pancho was a true pleasure to work with, he worked with me to find a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted and was right in my budget. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy and gave me a tour of the vehicle and setup my cell phone before letting me leave. I would strongly recommend Pancho to anybody searching for a new or used vehicle. He is a true professional and a great guy. He really cares about his customers and ensuring they are 100% satisfied. Rich and Mike also took the time to make sure I was pleased with everything, even though the place was packed with customers. More

worst techs ever Paid to have techs fix my jeep and they didnt even fix it.....alot of wasted money spent with them. I am now paying mullanes to fix what cecconis couldnt. Cecconis was grasping at straws on my expense. Very unsatisfied. So is many other people who have dealt with them. More

They almost killed my father My father's truck went in for service (which took 4 trips for a very minor fix- a parking brake handle) and he complained about the process. Wouldn't you know, he's driving down the thruway and his rear tire simply falls off the vehicle in mid-day traffic. Luckily he survived the accident. His truck was immediately towed to his shop where they discovered the other rear tire (the only 2 removed during the service) was also loose and ready to fall off. All 5 lug nuts on each rear tire were not tightened properly. I don't think it's a coincidence and we will be taking every possible step to make sure they can't do this to anyone else. Their negligence in the service dept almost cost our family our father. More
