I had the pleasure of working with Chris yesterday. Despite the unexpected purchase I needed to make, Chris was instrumental in easing my stress and making the buying process easy. I told him I didn’t wish to go back with the finance people and he respected my request, and truly went the extra mile by running paperwork back and forth. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful but Chris made it so much easier. We established rapport almost immediately which made things somewhat what enjoyable. When you come to the table with reasonable expectations, you can drive away in the vehicle of your dreams! Chris not only found the vehicle I didn’t know I wanted or needed, but he found the lowest interest rate and made sure I was locked in. He went the extra mile with my trade-in and even provided me with a box to clean out my old vehicle. I would recommend working with Chris and Brandon Honda for the purchase of your next vehicle. He also works well with the service department and so a shout out to Mike Hudak in service is also necessary! Thank you both so much. More

From the moment I drove up to the service area, the employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike Hudak discussed it with me and answered my questions to my satisfaction and then fixed it. I will say that this is THE BEST dealership personnel I have ever dealt with, from the purchase of the auto, service provided and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Oh, I am 76 years old and have purchased and had serviced well over a dozen cars. My comments apply to all of the employees with whom I dealt. I would enthusiastically recommend Brandon Honda with which to do business. More

Mike is always honest and keeps me informed about Wait time. Mike answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy when ever I bring my car in.
