I am not able to say how bad my customer experience was. Words can't describe the fustration. I am not a happy customer with the yark service department. They do not listen to the customer. They can't understand what conflict resolution is. I had to call FCA they steered me to another dealership. Plus I felt like they thought I don't know what I am talking about. Had to wait a while on the correct oil, but overall, Good! With the whole situation going on right now, they have removed walk-up appointments, but they were able to fit me in the same day which was convenient With the whole situation going on right now, they have removed walk-up appointments, but they were able to fit me in the same day which was convenient. The only issue with this service was the time taken. I was told 30 minutes, but that ended up being over an hour and a half due to not having the right oil on site. Outside of that issue, the service was great, and the gentleman who helped me was very good about updating me with status and walking me through the inspection documentation. More

Fast and Friendly Took my jeep in for an issue. They found the problem quickly and had to order a part that was back ordered. Got the part in called and scheduled me in Took my jeep in for an issue. Great first experience with this dealership. Will be back again for sure. More
