Exceptional customer service with Mike Hanley!!! Mike is so great to work with. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The only negative comment would be the ridiculous wait time for financing. After all the sales persons hard work this is not a great way to help the process. 3 other couples were also waiting and complaining. Only one person on a Sunday is not beneficial to potential buyers. Thankfully Ana Nascimento came to save the day. She stopped in to help on her way home...such a doll to work with!!! Huge Thank You to Alder and Harry for getting my inspection sticker taken care of!!! Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful!!! More
