We set up appointment to meet with Nelson Bou at noon and was running ten minutes late. Once we arrived, one of the sales men approached us and I advised him we had an appointment with Nelson. We told him what we were wanting in a vehicle and price range as well. Nelson gave us a few different options. We test drove the vehicles. We decided on Kia Sportage 2019. The whole process from the beginning until the end was wonderful. Nelson explained everything and was straight forward which I appreciated We are now part of the Kia family and enjoying our new vehicle. Thank you Nelson for making the process super easy.
