My name is Mike Dunlap, I have been in the customer service business for nearly 30 years now. Over 20 years in the auto industry. I enjoying reviewing options with customers and answering their questions in order for them to make an informed decision. I drive from Marysville to Westerville daily so I can work with the great team at Roush Honda. Fantastic experience at Roush Honda purchasing a used vehicle! Mike Brady was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in, from assisting me with the cars I had looked at online, to ensuring the vehic vehicle! Mike Brady was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in, from assisting me with the cars I had looked at online, to ensuring the vehicle I was trading in was covered. Mike Dunlap in the finance department was excellent as well, explaining all the nuts and bolts of my loan. They made what started out as an unhappy situation (the engine dying on my previous car) to making me a happy customer with a new car that I love. I've had less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships, but I will gladly return here for another used or new car when the time comes. More

Steven Dewberry did a great job at helping allocate a Civic Si for me despite the challenges in finding this particular car. We have had such a great experience both times we’ve leased a vehicle at Roush Honda. Jan is AMAZING!! She made sure, as requested, that our time spent at the dealership was kept at a minimum. She was in contact with us outside of her normal working hours to ensure we had the right information to provide in order to expedite the process. Talk about going above and beyond!! If I could give Roush Honda 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within the hour called back to tell me I was approved. Once I got to the dealership, I worked with Brandon. Brandon was nothing short of amazing. Very nice, very professional, he made the car purchasing experience very easy. In the Finance department I worked with Mike. Mike explained all of the documents making sure that I completely understood what I was signing. I never felt pressured to add on the additional warranty (although I did add it on. It was a great deal). My experience with Roush was probably the best experience I ever had with regard to purchasing a new car. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to buy their first or next car call Roush Honda. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. KUDOS!!!! More
