Great I have purchased my last few cars within the Carter Myers Automotive dealerships and have always had a great experience and this was no different. I c I have purchased my last few cars within the Carter Myers Automotive dealerships and have always had a great experience and this was no different. I came into Valley on a rainy Saturday afternoon and was greeted my Mike Desmond immediately. I was referred by Colonial in Charlottesville since I was looking for a Subaru. I had some questions about the Outback and was interested in the 4 CYL and the 6 CYL. Mike showed me the pros and cons of both and we took a test drive in both as well. He truly does understand the product in depth and really helped me with my decision. I ended up going with the 4 Cylinder and Charles and Mike both got my payment to where I needed it to be. When picking the car up I dealt with Jessi for paperwork. She was great as well and really does understand the value in the products. Overall I had a great experience with Valley. Mike, Charles and Jessi are all very knowledgeable and really do want what is best for the customer. I highly recommend shopping at Valley for your next Subaru purchase! More
