It was a experience of a life time "Cash for Clunkers" people were lining up and Toyota Sales staff were doing all they could to keep new and old customers happy and patient during their custumers long wa people were lining up and Toyota Sales staff were doing all they could to keep new and old customers happy and patient during their custumers long wait your turn time. My wait was well worth my beautiful new 2009 Rav4.I'm now presently looking forward to buying another Toyota, this one for my son who is doing his college internship towards his masters degree.I only hope and pray this new Rav4 becomes a part of my family for years to come and my allegiance to Toyota Corp. will become represented by the vehicles sitting in my driveway all with the Toyota label. Thank you for letting me be heard. More

I had a 97 Toyota Camry with 180,000 still running well and wanted to replace it with a newer version. I called to all the dealers in Connecticut and Mike responded, called me with just what I wanted, got and wanted to replace it with a newer version. I especially appreciated that he didn't pressure me or treat me differently because I am a woman. I will definaately return to him for my car needs. More

I received excellent service. Love my new car :) I have never bought a car in the US before this time so I can't compare this to another dealership. It was great that I could get the car right away and tha never bought a car in the US before this time so I can't compare this to another dealership. It was great that I could get the car right away and that all the paperwork was taken care of. The website was helpful too, and getting an internet special. I definitely look forward to the benefits promised by the dealership, such as free oil change and tires. The dealership is farther away from where I live than other Toyota dealers, but none are rated as highly. Last year I went to another dealer, but the person i dealt with was not as friendly and the whole place looked less clean and established. Thanks! More

I have bought my last 4 cars at Toyota. They have great service and wonderful sales people. They are very helpful and courteous. They told me I had a 4-6 month wait on my Prius but I was pleasantly surpris service and wonderful sales people. They are very helpful and courteous. They told me I had a 4-6 month wait on my Prius but I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car within a month. They were very accommodating and had it ready when I was ready to pick it up. I wasn't at the dealership a long time when I picked it up. I filled out whatever papers that needed to be filled out and I was on my way. It looked beautiful and had a full tank of gas ready to go. Michael Cote took the time with me to show me how the GPS worked and also set up my Blue Tooth phone. I stop in now and again for my free car wash and they always get me in and out as quickly as possible. They always take the time to answer any questions I might have. More
