2 more new Toyotas for my family We have been going to this dealer since 1999. We are now up to 7 Toyotas. This visit we leased a 2017 Corolla for my wife and a 2017 Camry LE for me. We have been going to this dealer since 1999. We are now up to 7 Toyotas. This visit we leased a 2017 Corolla for my wife and a 2017 Camry LE for me. We have always had good service both with sales and service. This trip was one of our most enjoyable. Mike Cote, our salesperson, was friendly and easy going from the beginning. He listened to what we wanted and patiently explained all of our options. He spend plenty of time with us as we were undecided whether to get both cars. He worked with us on price and terms and I felt the trade-in on my 2014 XLE was right on the money. When we returned to pick up the cars he spent time setting up our phones and showing us how all the electronics worked. Lastly, Robert, the Finance guy, did a good job of explaing everything and made that process fairly painless. All in all a very good experience. More

She answered my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and told me if I came to test drive it, it would be ready and waiting for me. When I showed up, the Highlander was just outside the front door and Heather introduced me to Mike Cote who was my sales person for this transaction. Mike has a great personality and is well suited for this line of work. He was easy to deal with and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase.. We closed the deal and I drove home with the Highlander. I am completely satisfied with this dealership and have already started recommending them to relatives. More

Toyota of Wallingford is extremely clean, has friendly staff who serves to the customers needs. Staff does not push the customer into anything, but instead provides and easy and calm experience. Staff is also very polite, understanding, respectful. In regards to cars, staff shows that they want the customer to feel comfortable as well as safe. My sales person was Mike Cote, he did everything mentioned above, plus more. Mike and Toyota definitely exceeded my expectations. Great service ALL around.
