I’m glad that I chose Bredemann Toyota! I was shopping for a car for about a month. I walked away from multiple dealerships because of salesmen not listening to what I wanted and just trying to make a sal for a car for about a month. Service advisor Andy Maravola was more interesting socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyo socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyota manual the oil need to be changed, but because is free he said is 10000 miles, but after the 2 free years of manintence is finish, they want to change the oil every 5000 miles because you have to pay the dealer, Supervisor Mike Cooper not too friendly and rude hang up the phone conversation, I guess will take my business somewhere else More

Mike Schneider of Bredemann Toyota and the entire service department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 ha department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 had an electrical issue that another mechanic could not solve for 8 full days. When I brought it to Mike's attention, the issue was diagnosed and the problem solved within just 2 hours and at a cost far less than I anticipated. The service department at this location cannot be beat when you consider everything involved. Of course you can try to find a cheaper alternative, but you will pay a dear price for inferior work...or like in my case another mechanic may keep your car for over a week and never fix the issue! Trust Mike and Bredemann Toyota Service! More
