Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates was a great experience. I had gone to another Mercedes dealership in the west suburbs and was very disappointed. I called Hoffman Estates and got a vehicle over the phone an I had gone to another Mercedes dealership in the west suburbs and was very disappointed. I called Hoffman Estates and got a vehicle over the phone and went to pick it up all together in less than eight hours. Very impressed with all their employees staff and service. My sales person seemed nice enough but it was like pulling teeth to get a phone call. I initiated 95% of the calls. As an out of state buyer it was very difficult and took almost 3 weeks to make a cas pulling teeth to get a phone call. I initiated 95% of the calls.
