Our first purchase from Lenz our used vehicle had some issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, friendly experience. During covid (with very limited used cars anywhere), we ended up in a desperate situation needing a family vehicle fast, and were forced to buy from a different dealership. Needless to say, the car we got there ended up being terrible and so was the service. A few months and several thousands of dollars later, we knew we needed a more reliable vehicle and went back to Lenz. Mike found three options for us to look at, didn't push us to choose one over the other, and Ryan had us driving away in a great family truck with financing before noon. It feels so good to drive a vehicle again and not be stressed about it breaking down. I can't imagine buying from anywhere but Lenz ever again. More

This was our second purchase from Mike Buehler and probably not our last. Very pleased with Mike and the entire experience! We left and got a flat inner dual tire after they had closed. Brad lenz got us in touch with Dan from service who then sent a tow truck to change the tire. Just happened that the valve stem popped out Dan set us up to get it repaired closer to home and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Can't say enough about the lenz truck team. Thanks to you all highly recommend lenz if you are in the market and want a no hassle experience More

We looked for a vehicle for months and found junk vehicles and unproffesional lying sales reps. We even extended our search 2 hours away. We then found our vehicle at Lenz. I can't say enough about our recent experience with Lenz auto. We went in for something specific and walked out with exactly what we wanted. We are extremely happy with our new work van! Dave Reilly in financing cared about us enough to search for the very best rate and warranty to exceed our needs! 3 days later the van began making a squealing noise. We called the service department and he got us in THE SAME DAY. He was thorough and AGAIN Lenz exceeded our expectations! 10/10 would recommend over and over! More

Mike is a super down-to-earth guy who really took care of me and my fiancée while financing our first vehicle. I definitely felt that he had our best interest in mind.
