Klaben Experience I have bought or leased cars from Klaben for almost 20 years. Their professionalism and knowledge of their products are exceptional. Kenny King mad I have bought or leased cars from Klaben for almost 20 years. Their professionalism and knowledge of their products are exceptional. Kenny King made the transition from my Ford Edge into my Ford Escape very easy. He was informative and walked me thru the features to make sure I understood all the options on my new Escape. He has always and will continue to be my go-to person for any question or concern I have on my vehicle. Dave Mott and Christine Klaben were also instrumental in my transition. The employees at Klaben are always very friendly, both in sales and also in service, and they have and continue to go above and beyond my expectations. A great Big Thank you This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle from Klaben, Chris Moldas was the salesman on both accounts. I was Introduced to him by Mike Brandvold when I had my 2004 F-150 in for some repairs. You cannot get a better salesman than Chris, he honest, fair and personable toward everybody. My wife purchased a 2009 Edge in 2012 through him and she was thrilled with Chris's approach towards selling her the car. Never pushy always a gentleman towards everybody. So when I needed a newer vehicle I contacted him to look for a F-150 2 wheel drive he delivered what I was looking for. He also rewarded me with a better than great deal on my trade-in. I have yet to be not satisfied with Klaben and any personnel that I have worked with there. My wife or I always reccommend Klaben to everybody that is looking for a new vehicle. THANK YOU! More

It was a delight to find out that Mike was willing to defend a repair with the manufacturer. It would have been expensive repair but he was able to defend the reasons why the manufacturer should cover th defend a repair with the manufacturer. I appreciate his willingness to be an advocate for me and put my best interest first. Hard to find good customer service today, but Mike demonstrated the best in service during my recent visit. More

Mike Brandvold did a great job when I brought my Lincoln in for service. He reviewed every procedure that he was going to perform in detail and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I did not have an appointment, but he was still able to service my car that day on my time schedule.
