Amazing experience I came to Richard Lucas Chevrolet after an incredibly frustrating day of car shopping. At other dealers I was not taken seriously and was at the poin I came to Richard Lucas Chevrolet after an incredibly frustrating day of car shopping. At other dealers I was not taken seriously and was at the point I was conteplating not getting a new car, but Syed turned my car buying experience into a very pleasant one. He was polite, knowledgable and best of all not pushy! After test driving and going over all the features of the Equinox we set up an appointment for the next day so I could think about the purchase without pressure. At the appointment it conintinued to be a very pleasant experience both Syed and Mike are wonderful guys to deal with and they will make sure you get the best deal possible. After my mom witnessed how great it is to work with Syed, she will be getting her next car from him! More

All members of the dealership were very helpful. The dealership found me additional discounts on my new car and I purchased the car at a $3,300 discount. Excellent. Very pleasant experience. Went in to just "look". Told salesperson what I might be interested in and what I wanted to spend. He showed Malibu I thought I wanted but also showed Went in to just "look". Told salesperson what I might be interested in and what I wanted to spend. He showed Malibu I thought I wanted but also showed other models that were actually better suited to my needs. Having owned many GM cars, including three Chevys, I did not feel the need to look at other brands. Syed was knowledgeable about the cars and I was pleased that many features were standard. He was patient and pleasant and I didn't feel obnoxiously pressured the way you are at some dealerships. I felt I got a good deal without a lot of haggling. Drove home with my new Chevy Cruze! More
