Mike is President and owner of Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He started in the car business when his Grandfather, Bill Gores (Founder of Holiday) asked him to wash cars in 1974. He's STILL here! Mike and his wife, Nancy have 3 children. He enjoys hunting, boating, paddle boarding and spending time with his family! He's a life long Packer fan who loves going to games! Quick, Thorough Service Summit services my wife's Durango quickly! Gave me a very thorough inspection I don't get at most other quick places. They changed my oil, repaired a flat tire, and washed the truck in under 45 minutes... Couldn't ask for more. Great staff and great service!! More

Repair of a 2007 Jeep Liberty The Summit service was fine and the employees are always friendly. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult today to look at a bill of $1056. The Summit service was fine and the employees are always friendly. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult today to look at a bill of $1056.70 and the "Labor Total" is $850.75. If my math is correct that is 81% of my bill. A bill which is mostly "extended warranty" coverage. Why the concern? 81%! Come on, really. I know how this rock rolls and for people like myself who work extremely hard for the things we have, the hidden costs inside an 81% are sinful. This has nothing to do with the service or the wonderful people under my vehicle who work at Summit, simply the raking over of a long standing customer. Have a great day! More
