My purchase experience handled by Mr. Benice was professional. Along with the vehicle purchase, I purchased the extended warranty bumper to bumper coverage. From that point forward my exp Benice was professional. Along with the vehicle purchase, I purchased the extended warranty bumper to bumper coverage. From that point forward my experience has been very anxiety producing. Five weeks after I had my new HRV, I had to stop at a rest stop on a trip out of town because my braking ability was severely poor. When managed to get to a parking spot, I noticed bake fluid leaking underneath my vehicle and I had no braking ability any longer. After spending a night in the rest stop, I arranged for a tow to the nearest Honda dealership. After their inspection the next morning, they told me I had no fluid because the bleed valve had not been tightened by the Mohawk mechanic when he flushed the system. I was also shown by the service representative and mechanic that the wrench used, was still in place on the bleed valve and NEVER removed !! I had been driving since my purchase (5-6 weeks) gradually loosing brake fluid and the wrench tool still in place. Unbelievable. Since this nightmare I have written emails to the Mohawk dealership General Manager (Greg Johnson) and my Salesman (Mike Benice) and have received no reply. The Service Manager (Mike Healey) did send me a dinner coupon and an apology - but, I am very disappointed in being ignored by Mr. Johnson and Mr. Benice. I should have received a letter of apology from them and an offer for free service maintenance in the future, or something. At this point I will be taking my HRV to another Honda dealership for service in the future. Believe me, the Word-of-Mouth that has taken place by myself and my wife to others has cost Mohawk Honda a great deal of future revenue ! More

Excellent experience purchasing my first brand-new vehicle. Michael Bennice answered all of my questions and concerns. He worked with me to get all of the paperwork and information taken care of since vehicle. Michael Bennice answered all of my questions and concerns. The only issue I had during my interactions was being transferred to from sales to finiance and some miscommunication. Nothing terrible, especially given everything being handled online and over the phone. On vehicle pickup day, Michael arranged for a vehicle to pick me up from the train station instead of me getting another form of transportation to the dealership. It took some time to finalize everything given they were busy. So they gave me a plate of food from the employee lunch given I had to wait and the distance I traveled to pick up the pilot. Since is was raining, Michael had the pilot kept in the detail shop so I could see and experience it without the rain first. I'll be driving the distance to have the pilot serviced at the dealership because of my positive experience there. More

Mike Bennice and the crew at Mohawk Honda always make buying a car extremely easy. From greeting you at the door to driving off the lot, the level of customer service is impressive. Mike takes his time buying a car extremely easy. From greeting you at the door to driving off the lot, the level of customer service is impressive. Mike takes his time with each customer and truly listens to what your wants and needs are. When the deal is not exactly where you want to be, he heads back to the drawing board. Mike gives you a few options, breaks it down and answers all of your questions. I would not buy anywhere else. Mohawk Honda was my first brand new car 7 cars ago and will continue to be the only place I will shop for a car. More
