I had a problem with my car and they took care of it. I was feeling vibration in my steering wheel and they took care it. I was allowed to take one of the high Management personnel, Mr. Alex Irlin, for a I was feeling vibration in my steering wheel and they took care it. Excellent car, informed and friendly salesperson Andy greeted us at the door and right away asked about our requirements. He and his manager were easy to work with and quickly worked out a sale with us. We were out of the dealership the same day with a new car! Quick service, Loaner provided for Warranty work. I had the engine replaced under warranty on my 2011 Sonata. I dropped the car off on a Friday. They provided me a loaner and said it could take 1-2 I had the engine replaced under warranty on my 2011 Sonata. I dropped the car off on a Friday. They provided me a loaner and said it could take 1-2 weeks to get the new engine. The engine came the following Monday. They installed the engine and had the car ready by the end of the day on Tues. That is really fast service for an engine replacement. More

I simply stood up and walked away, when the sales manager told me to "Calm Down". He was definitely wanted me to know he was in charge.He showed no respect for me the customer. I was treated very poorly by the sales manager. I cannot imagine how he would have treated me if I was female by myself. Please note.... The rest of the staff was outstanding. More

Cheerful, accommodating, helpful I found the car that I wanted at the price I wanted at Luther which was five hours away from where I live! The deal was very easy to execute over the phone in the car was ready when we arrived. Everybody was happy to see us, they were very cheerful and made us comfortable. The business office got to us right away and service immediately accommodated some changes that I needed to make. The salesman was always looking ahead to the next stop and help to get everything arranged, he even help me move my things from my old car into my new car. This is the third time in a month I've been involved with a car purchase and on the two other occasions we waited an extended period of time for the business office, the car wasn't ready, the salesman didn't move the process forward there were issues in the sales office once there and with the vehicle. It was all due to lack of preparation lack of communication within those organizations. Luther Hyundai was a breath of fresh air by comparison. More
