Eid made my experience very good, he answered all of my question and i had many! also he showed me all the xxxxxxand con's of leasing or buy a car as well as all the perks of being an advantage Chevrolet question and i had many! also he showed me all the xxxxxxand con's of leasing or buy a car as well as all the perks of being an advantage Chevrolet customer. this is my new car place as long as i need a car. very easy to deal with. straight forward and honest, brought the car in from other location to allow my wife to see, worked hard to make the deal acceptable to both of us. shook hands and knew the deal brought the car in from other location to allow my wife to see, worked hard to make the deal acceptable to both of us. shook hands and knew the deal was complete with no surprises, filled the tank and washed it even though it was raining and buffed out a scratch we found a couple of days later. an all around great experience!!! More

I had been researching the Chevy Sonic for some time, and had found the model I wanted at Advantage. They advertised a great price online, so I asked for a quote. The internet sales person, Chris Piesen, c had found the model I wanted at Advantage. They advertised a great price online, so I asked for a quote. The internet sales person, Chris Piesen, contacted me and I asked if I could get the price advertised or better. I even joked that obviously, I wouldn't want to negotiate the price up, only down. He said sure, come on in. My first mistake was to not get a quote before I went there. I am 40 minutes away. A sales consultant, Tony Wyatt, was very helpful until it got down to talking price. His quote wasn't even close to the advertised internet price. So, the new car sales manager, Mike Armstrong, comes over to talk price and explains how it's unfortunate how some dealers are misleading online. We are scratching our heads because we think he's talking about other dealerships. We finally figure out, as my wife and I leave to go discuss the purchase, that he's talking about themselves! We decide to go back and see if we can negotiate the price down some more. At this point, their quote is only $1400 off sticker (which includes all rebates/incentives), while it's advertised online as a sales price $3100 off MSRP. We never even got close to that price. Sales manager, Roberto Parera, tried to reel us back in, and gave a price quote $1000 ABOVE what was advertised online. We said no thanks. We just felt embarrassed, uncomfortable, frustrated, deceived, and naive about the whole process there. Fortunately, we did find another dealership where this type of business is not conducted. More
