From the mere thought of ordering a new vehicle to taking delivery of said vehicle, this was an amazing experience. I couldn't be happier with my new Expedition! The build was effortless and I knew I was in delivery of said vehicle, this was an amazing experience. I couldn't be happier with my new Expedition! The build was effortless and I knew I was in good hands with Mike. He looked over the order and confirmed all of my choices, giving me peace of mind. When it arrived (much sooner than expected!) it was perfect! The sale and delivery was effortless and painless. Mike made sure I was familiar with the vehicle and understood all of the features/options before leaving the lot. He even helped me download the app and install the My Ford features so I can control everything from my phone. Pat in finance was perfect, as always. He's so incredibly knowledge and has an amazing relationship with lenders, ensuring the perfect deal for you. I never worried that something was less than exceptional. I left the lot happier than I ever dreamt of being. Now, every time I see my new vehicle, I have to pinch myself!! More

Do not go there they screw you every way that can. And will not admit to there mistakes. Making you pay $50,00 in interest due to the banks they work with. I had my truck one day and it was back the next day was in the shop for 2 and half months before we got it back. The day if picked it up it died at 50 m/h on the dam highway almost got us killd and they just don't care. Respond I got stuff happens we are extremely busy. No right to risk people life's over you being busy. I have talk to so many people in this place with me just running in to a wall cause no one seems to care. They got there money now you not there problem anymore. I have witnessed sale people getting death treads from un happy costumer s that scared the crap out of me. And it just get blown of. They do not service any thing they get in on trade in. They wait till it sold to inconvenience the costumer. I drove 8 loaners when my truck was in the shop. Everyone of them had problems with windshield cracked engine light on slamming in gear while you drive them. Lost thousands of $ not to able to work. Cause you got to keep taking the loaners back in and live 45 min away. This place is a joke.I will be taking further action in this. More

This dealership will go out of their way to help you find the right vehicle for you. My husband and I are so appreciative to Mike Hanna, Mike Holland, and Mike Albrecht. After we purchased the vehicle, the the right vehicle for you. My husband and I are so appreciative to Mike Hanna, Mike Holland, and Mike Albrecht. After we purchased the vehicle, the gas gauge was not working properly. We were on vacation and not only was the gauge fixed, but they made sure we had a vehicle to get to our destination and had our vehicle delivered to us the next day!! More

We stop by to see the new Bronco and were blessed that Freddy Gonzalez, (the best car sales person I have ever dealt with), asked if he could help us with anything. Although the Bronco was not available Freddy Gonzalez, (the best car sales person I have ever dealt with), asked if he could help us with anything. Although the Bronco was not available onsite for us to see, Freddy took us on a tour of the dealership. Taking great care to listen and learn what else if anything he could show us, without being pushy. Before you know it we made an appointment to return the next morning with our two trade ins! I left the dealership with a beautiful used Lincoln MKX Reserve that I am in love with! I did have questions regarding the pricing and returned to the dealership the next day, Mike the Sales Manager, Freddy and Tony Sakounthong, my Finance Manager, all three worked on answering all of my questions and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied when I left. Even though it meant changing the deal from financing to a cash deal, which required a lot of the paperwork to be redone. I would highly recommend asking to work with all 3 of them. All three of the staff members I worked with deserve at least 5 stars each! More

I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. I had a dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman got it done. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More
