Poor customer service I had service done for Airbag Recall. The service was completed in a timely manner. However their customer service needs improvement. The email I rece I had service done for Airbag Recall. The service was completed in a timely manner. However their customer service needs improvement. The email I received from Toyota said to pull in to the "Far Left Lane 1". When I pulled into Lane 1 I was informed that I should be in Lane 4. It was very difficult to move to Lane 4 because there were cars behind me and next to me. I had to ask the technician to move my car for me. This is not the first time I was misdirected to the proper lane. Also when I asked for an update of my Navigation System I was informed it's a USB. I went to the Parts Department to get the USB and they told me it's not USB or CD but they had to use some scanner and it would take a long time to update the Navigation System. I will go to another Toyota dealer to update my Navigation System. More

Excellent service Another Toyota Dealer couldn't figure out the problem, but Elk Grove Toyota was very through and got it fixed and did it under the warranty. Kudos. No good service Never go back! I send my car to do the recall service. When I get my car I even can find the part in my car! Then I came back to ask they told me they Never go back! I send my car to do the recall service. When I get my car I even can find the part in my car! Then I came back to ask they told me they can make an appointment it just takes few minutes. When I took my car back. The man told me I have to wait for whole day. The I have to choose another day. Until my car need another service. I took my car to do the maintenance. And I told the man what happened before. The man said It can took by anyone.That mean I took the part and let them fix. How can I took it by myself? Then I talk to another man told him what happened .And I want to take the sign of reminder me do the maintenance away.But He still let the first man fix my car.When I picked my car.The man let me walk to the parking in front of the part fixing center.(Usually they diver the car to the front of the building).When I got my car.The terrible thing happened again.The reminded sign still there AND now the Whole screen was the words of maintenance reminder. If the man forgot to take the sign. Ok!But now another sign showing on my screen all the time.NOW I know what happened!The man did not finish his job well and don’t want to admit. Car Service Department My car was experiencing noise and shaky wheel while I was driving on the freeway. I quickly got off the freeway and took local roads to the nearest To My car was experiencing noise and shaky wheel while I was driving on the freeway. I quickly got off the freeway and took local roads to the nearest Toyota, which happened to be in Elk Grove. When I expressed concern to the front desk, they quickly sent me to Miguel to service my car. During the whole experience, Miguel explain possible issues, what was likely the issued, and then followed up with a phone call describing the issues and my options at that point. Everything was clear, and I was able to get my car repaired within 2 days, utilize their free shuttle to my house, and during the whole time received outstanding service from all workers there. Thanks! More

Check in procedures Online appoitnment system is fast. However, there is no direction where to park on the day of your appointment as there are multiple lanes. Some are f Online appoitnment system is fast. However, there is no direction where to park on the day of your appointment as there are multiple lanes. Some are for express (which also has appointment lane) oil change and some are for repairs. It will be nice if they indicate in the appointment confirmation what lane are you supposed to park (1,2, etc). Also, there is no name sign of the advisors in their tables so you have to ask around where to go. Minor stuff but it can improve efficiency. More
