My first experience last year was terrible. Then I was connected with Dreama who made my next couple visits amazing. I reached out to her but I am guessing she no longer works there. I made an appointment for 9 am for an oil change to wait and was advised that they are running late when I arrived and he was very polite. No problem, I will leave and come back. No call at 1pm. I tried calling twice and ended up at voicemail both times. Then I went online and chatted with Abigail who took my information who then got me an answer. At 2pm I was advised my vehicle was done via text. That's a long time for an oil change with an appointment. Then I was told that I don't get paperwork or a printout for my services for the day. Not sure if it's due to having a maintenance plan, but that's insane. I regret getting it and having to come for an oil change that I can personally do in less than an hour. More
