Mickey and Kody were both exceptional in there efforts and assistance throughout the entire process. The only genuine complaint I have a t this time is the car wash or detail department did not prepare th and assistance throughout the entire process. It was ok but could have been a little more attention to details. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Courtesy Buick GMC especially with Mickey and Kody. More
