13 is a LUCKY number! Mu husband and I decided to stop by Honda Wolfchase on our way to our 13th anniversary dinner. Mickey Harmon met us in the parking lot. He was polite, Mu husband and I decided to stop by Honda Wolfchase on our way to our 13th anniversary dinner. Mickey Harmon met us in the parking lot. He was polite, courteous and above all, straightforward. We told him what we wanted, left for our dinner reservation, came back after dinner, and he was there ready to greet us and make the deal happen. Bill Thomas in Finance went above and beyond as well to make our visit a success and to patiently answer any questions. These guys stayed well past closing to help my husband and me. There just arent many places left anymore where customer service cares like these 2 men did for us. And YES, I drove away in our new car!!!! If you are looking to buy a car, this man is who you need to see!!! Impeccable service and a phenomenal experience. More

Great Customer Experience Every person that I ran into at Wolfchase Honda was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My sales representative Every person that I ran into at Wolfchase Honda was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My sales representative, Don, went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I wanted. Don kept in close contact and followed up with how things were going with the new car. Mickey assisted Don and he also made sure I was happy with my visit and purchase. Mickey took the time to show me the basics of the car as well as a few other requests. There is a Honda about five minutes from me, but I purposely traveled to this location, which is over an hour drive due to the customer experience Wolfchase Honda provides. Keep up the great work! I appreciate all of you! More
